All then options have good scope. It depends on what your aspirations are. You can go in for research field or go in for teaching field after completion of the course. Since you are from the physics background nuclear physics seems more apt. But you go in for electronics too if that field interests you.

hi!
All three degrees are very high profiled but M.Tech in nuclear physics pays you a lot. From these degrees you can become scientist and apply for space research organizations such as ISRO, BARc, NASA..etc. If you go for M.Tech in electronics which is also good scope for the career. |

according to me you should choose M.tech in the electronics as become the students with the electronics background are in very good demand in the future as the world is more dependent on the electronics instruments and the gadgets and day by day modifications are being done ....
you can then apply for the companies like that of DRDO,ISRO,NASA,BARC and many more |
