MBA in Finance is much demanded than HR. Anyhow, you can make selection according to your interest. Companies give importance to specialization subjects according to their job requirements. After MBA in any subject, you can try for Management Trainee jobs in HLL, CIL, etc, Specialist Officer jobs in banks or Asst Professor in colleges. Value of MBA degree depends on the college from which you are pursuing the course.
