MCA after B.Sc Maths but no Maths in 10+2?


i completed b.sc (maths,physics,computers) frm O.U and i wrote ICET

i dont have maths in my 10+2 level can i eligible for MCA ..

I think we have to do maths in 10+2 Or Graduation Level For MCA am i right? (according to ICET notification)

so i am having graduation level maths then may i eligble for MCA??

you are not eligible for m.c.a. because you are not candidant of math in 10+2. so you are not eligible for m.c.a..

Sorry !! But you are not eligible for doing as Educational Qualification needed for MCA is :-
60% marks (55% for SC/ST) in 12th level Mathematics .

So, i think you should not go for MCA.

It is compulsory to have maths as part of the curriculum during your plus two. Also you need to secure a minimum of a first class during your plus two. Since you did not study this you are not eligible for MCA course.

hello friend

look, if you have interest to do software oriented jobs.

then it will be better to do MCA course.

but to do mca course, you should have math in your 12th.

otherwise you can do MBA.

it has also very good career opportunity.

but you must remember if you do mba, then you must do it form good reputed institute.

but in icet notification like this

The candidate seeking admission into MCA course should have passed a Bachelor’s Degree Examination or not less than three years duration in any discipline with Mathematics at 10+2 level

OR

should have passed BAchelor’s Degree Examination of not less than 3 years duration in any discipline with Mathematics as one of the subjects.

and i got MCA seat in JNTU coll wt u say ??

acording to second point i am eligbile in bsc i did maths .....

you should do mca for software jobs and for marketing you hav to do mba i think it is clear to you

according to minimum criteria of ICET you must have maths in 10+2 exam, in which you must have 60% in exam. 55% are required for SC\ST candidate in exam of +2 .

I have completed my graduation with (pcm) but i didn't read math in 10 2 level.
I heared that if candidate read math in 10 2 level or graduation level can also apply for mca.
Is this true?
Can i do mca from anywhere?
If no then what i should to do?
