MHT CET forms? where to get the forms?
i am currently doing my std. 12th from rajasthan cbse board. i want to apply for maharashtra enggineering colleges. i need to give mht cet but dont know where to get the forms???????? are the forms available online???????? and if not where in mumbai can i get them?????? please help me. also can i apply to the autonomous colleges in maharashtra??? thank you.

hey you can get admission into maharastra engineering college by writing AIEEE also,and i tell you that by aieee score you can get better college than by mhtcet scorecard.

MH-CET forms will be distributed to all school/colleges located across the maharastra.
For online application visit its official website-http://www.dte.org.in You have to score well if you want to get admission to good institute.Prepare well score well dont worry for colleges,if your scores will be good enough you will be provided best institutes at the time of councelling. |

as you are doing 12th from rajasthan cbse board......and MHTCET being state level entrance exam......you will be eligible only if you have the domicile certificate of Maharashtra.....for admission in autonomous college.......but if you are looking for a college in Mumbai ....then you can also get it through aieee exam....as there is 15% seats reserved for aieee all India rank students......
The cost of application form along with the three Information Brochures of MH-CET-2010 and the Examination fee is Rs.700/- for open category, and Rs.500/- for reserve category candidate. This amount is not refundable. best of luck |

note down details about form A single Application form and three information Brochures for MHT-CET 2010 (Health Science, Engineering and Pharmacy) will be available at Junior College/High School where candidate has studied for HSC (12th Std examination). Prescribed application forms as per the requirement shall be obtained by Head Master/Principal of the college from the Principal/Dean of the notified college in the district as shown in given below. The cost of application form along with the Information Brochures of MHT-CET-2010 and the Examination fee is Rs.700/- for open category, and Rs.500/- for reserve category candidate. The cost of the Application Form along with the three information brochures of MHT-CET-2010 and Examination fee is Rs.700/- for open category and all Outside Maharashtra candidates and Rs 500/ for reserve category candidates (belonging to Maharashtra State Only). This amount is not refundable.
The candidates from Outside Maharashtra (OMS) can purchase application form and Information brochure(s) of MHT-CET 2010 from any Divisional Authority office as mentioned in Annexure-A by submitting Demand Draft of Rs. 700/- drawn in favour of “Competent Authority, MH-CET, Mumbai” payable at Mumbai, drawn on any Scheduled Commercial Bank. |

Govt, of Maharashtra shall conduct a single Combined “Common Entrance Test” MHT-CET-2010 for all Health Sciences, Engineering and Pharmacy degree courses for the academic year 2010-2011. The Entrance Test will be held on Thursday, 6th May 2010. Govt, of Maharashtra has appointed Director, Medical Education and Research, Mumbai as ‘The Competent Authority for the MHT-CET-2010″. The merit list of the above said examination will be utilized for admission in:
1) Govt./Municipal Corp./ Govt. Aided Colleges of Health Sciences degree courses. 2) Govt. / Govt. Aided/University Managed Colleges / University Departments / Autonomous Colleges including ICT, Mumbai and Unaided Private Colleges (those colleges who have given consent to participate in MHT-CET-2010) of Engineering & Pharmacy degree courses 3) BVSc & AH degree course. For selection process there will be separate Competent Authorities. For selection to Health Science degree courses. The Director, Medical Education and Research (DMER), Mumbai is the Competent Authority. For selection to Engineering and Pharmacy Degree Courses, The Director, Technical Education (DTE), Mumbai will be the Competent Authority. The Authority for selection to BVSc & AH degree course is The Registrar, Maharashtra Animal and Fisheries Science University, Nagpur. The qualifying Examination for appearing at MHT-CET-2010 is HSC (12th Std.) or equivalent examination with the conditions for eligibility as defined in the respective brochure(s). Maharashtra State candidates appearing for HSC (12th Std.) or equivalent examination or who have passed their qualifying examination earlier i.e. 2009 or before and desire to appear for the MHT- CET 2010 will receive their application form from their respective Jr. College / School (from where they have passed / appearing qualifying examination). A single Application form and three Brochures (Health Science, Engineering and Pharmacy) will be made available from 12/03/2010. The schedule and place of receiving and submission of Application Form is as per following table: |
