What is the minimum qualification to write the TNPSC group exams?

TNPSC stands for Tamilnadu Public Service Commission.

it conducts exams for government jobs in tamilnadu in every year.

eligibility criteria:-

**educational qualification is graduation in any stream from any recognized university.

**age limit is 21 to 30years.

every year Tamil Nadu Public Service Commission conducts examinations for recruiting persons for various services of the State Government of Tamil Nadu, including State, Subordinate and Ministerial Services.

TNPSC Group
(i) Minimum Age Limit :
Should have completed 21 years
(ii) Maximum Age Limit
Should not have completed.
(a) 35 years for SCs, SC(A)s, STs, MBCs/DCs, BC(OBCM)s, BCMs, and Destitute Widows of all castes.
(b) 30 years for candidates not belonging to any of the above said categories.

can we able to write TNPSC exams with distance education degree ??

Sorry to say dear, but you are not eligible to apply for Tamil Nadu Public Service Commission (TNPSC) exams. To be eligible you need to-

>take admission in a degree course. After completion of your graduation you can apply for the same.

>Your age should be between 21-30 years. There is relaxation in the upper age limit of- SC/ST, SC(A)s, MBCs/DCs, BC(OBCM)s, BCMs, and Widows.

Educational Qualification:

The candidate should complete the Graduation from any recognized University.

No percentage required for this exam.

Age limit:

The candidate age limit should be 21 to 30 years.

3 years upper age relaxation for OBC.

5 years upper age relaxation for SC\ST.

TNPSC Group 4 Exam Eligibility Details: Tamil Nadu Public Service Commission – TNPSC conducts Group 4 exam for the recruitment of various vacancies in Tamil Nadu State Govt Departments. SSLC is the minimum educational qualification. TNPSC Group 4 Exam Eligibility Details are given below…

Eligibility:


Age Limit: For all the posts in Group 4 notification minimum age is 18 years.

The candidates upper age limit relaxations are given below

1 Scheduled Caste / Scheduled Caste (Arunthathiyars), Scheduled Tribes and Destitute Widows of all castes 35 Years
2 Most Backward Classes / Denotified
Communities., Backward Classes and

Backward Classes (Muslims)

3 “Others” [ i.e Candidates not belonging to SCs, SC(A)s, STs, MBCs/DCs, BCs and BCMs ] 30 Years
4 For the persons who are trained in Survey in ITI in Tamil Nadu, in respect of posts of Field Surveyor and Draftsman only 35 Years
Educational Qualification: Candidates must have passed S.S.L.C Public Examination or its equivalent for all the posts given in the Group 4 notification.

Technical Qualification:

I. For Typist:

Must have passed the Government Technical Examination in Typewriting

(i) Higher / Senior Grade in Tamil and English (or)

(ii) Higher / Senior Grade in Tamil and Lower/ Junior Grade in English (or)

(iii) Higher / Senior Grade in English and Lower/ Junior Grade in Tamil.


II. For Steno Typist Gr-III:

Must have passed the Government Technical Examination both in Typewriting and in

Shorthand

(i) Higher / Senior Grade in Tamil and English (or)

(ii) Higher / Senior Grade in Tamil and Lower/ Junior Grade in English (or)

(iii) Higher / Senior Grade in English and Lower/ Junior Grade in Tamil.

III. Computer Qualification (Typist & Steno Typist Gr-III): Candidate should have passed the Certificate Course in Computer on Office Automation awarded by the Technical Education Department.
