Eligibility for Syntel is:-

1.>Candidates should have throughout 50% means 50% in 10th, 50% in 10+2th and 50% in graduation.

2.>Candidates should have a graduation from a recognized university(Must be AICTE approved).

3.> Candidates should not have any backlogs.

4.> Candidates should not have more then 2 year gap in his study career.

Then the eligible candidate can take preparation for their next recruitment round.like as:-

1.>Aptitude test.

2.>Technical round.

3.>Group discussion(Optional).

4.>HR round.

For appearing in the Syntel Campus Recruitment Exam, you must have the following minimum qualifications :-

1) The candidate must have an aggregate of 50% or above in 10th,12th and up till 6th semester of B.Tech

2) The candidate should not possess any active backlogs at the time of placement

3) Candidates must not have a study gap of more than 2 years

Hi friend,
I have recently attempted the written test of syntel.Though i may not give you the exact questions i will be able to share my experience.
Syntel conducts online written test through out the state on one day.This year too it has conducted it and it is cancelled due to some or the other reason.

The pattern of the written test:
time:45 minutes
questions:45
pattern:verbal, quantitative and reasoning.
Time management plays a dominant role in Syntel written test.
I am also attaching some questions asked in previous placements conducted by syntel.
