in which month NDA examination held ?

NDA(National Defence Academy) is conducted two times every year i.e
NDA-I, and NDA-II.

NDA-I exam 2012 is already over, the results was not declared yet and the result is announced in the month of july or august 2012.

Important dates for NDA-II:
Last date for receipt of applications: 4th June, 2012
Date/Day of Commencement of Examination -19th August 2012

NDA-1 is already over for this year .As NDA entrance occurs twice a year .So,it is going to occur again on 19th August.May be the application giving date has been finished.

Which is the better way to join defence services?

NDA stands for National Defence Academy.

NDA exam conducted by the UPSC(Union Public Service Commission) twice in every year i.e NDA-I and NDA-II.


NDA has 3 types of wings:-

***Indian army,

***Indian navy,

***Indian airforce.


Educational qualification:-

12th or any equivalent is the educational qualification for NDA exam.

Percentage is not required for NDA exam.

Indian airforce and navy requires PCM subjects in 12th standard.

Age limits:-

The age limits are 16.5 years to 19 years.

NDA has no upper age relaxation.


Nationality:-

The applicant must be a citizen of India,

OR,

A subject of bhutan,

OR,

A subject of nepal,

OR,

A tibetian refugee who came over india permanently.


Physical standards:-



Selection steps:-

Written examination,

SSB interview,

Medical test.

candidates complete 12th stands from a recognized university

final year studying candidates also eligible for apply

only unmarried male candidates eligible

No percentage required for this exam. Science stream candidates are eligible for the indian navy and air force recruitments.

Only unmarried male candidates are eligible for this exam. Female candidates are not eligible.

N.D.A. stands for National Defence Academy.
The NDA Examination is conducted by UPSC twice a year.

The students of 12th appearing or 12th passed from any recognized board.

The age limit for NDA is from 16.5 to 19 years.

The candidate must be unmarried male.

He must be citizen of India.

Important Dates:

The exam will be conduct in April for NDA I and in August for NDA II.

The likely date for SSB Interview is from Sep to Oct for NDA I and Jan to Apr for NDA II.

The NDA Exam consists of three steps:

>>SSB Interview
>>Medical test
