After completed 12th, you needs to appear for NDA exam to enter into Air force.
You can join Air force through NDA only. NDA exam conducted by Union Public Service Commission (UPSC). This exam is conducted twice time in a year. This exam is to enter into all three defense forces. - Air force Wings - Army wings - Navy wings Eligibility Criteria to join Indian Air force :- Candidate should be an Indian citizen. Unmarried males candidate are eligible to apply this exam. Candidate must have completed 10+2 with PCM subjects from a recognized board. There is no minimum marks required for NDA Examination. The age should be between 16 years 6 months to 19 years at the time of filling application form. |
