Re: How to become an Air force Pilot after 12th in India?
Very good choice. To be a Air-force Pilot you need to clear NDA(conducted by UPSC) exam and then you have to appear for PABT(Pilot Baterry Aptitude Test). After clearing that you have to appear SSB and medical test.Completing all if your name on the merit list then you have to undergone a training program in Flying Training Academy.Completing course you are commissioned as an pilot.
NDA detailed information you can get in the link :http://www.upsc.gov.in Airforce career details you will get in the link: http://careerairforce.nic.in/career_...varientry.html |

Re: How to become an Air force Pilot after 12th in India?
pabt generally stands for pilots ability test.in this test your mental ability is tested, how quickly and correctly you response to certain information that is displayed on cockpits display, your patience and mental control.it is the toughest and most important part of selection.don't panic,be cool, natural, and confident with your original skills.if your mind responded as pilot you will be pilot.
Ssb stands for service selection board, which consists committee of members, where you have to appear for group discussion on certain issue and your reasoning capabilities, how positively you think on a issue.if you think as a officer and succeeded in satisfying the members.you will proceed to next stage. You will appear for pabt after ssb interview. So accept the challenges and step ahead as officer |
