Re: Is MS and MSc course different? What are their full forms?
MS & M.sc both are master degree course and full form of MS & M.sc is same. I.e master of Sceience. The main difference in between MS & M.Sc is the availability of course.
MS is Master degree course in abroad and some of the under MS are : 1- Education Engineering (various fields such as Computers, IT, Electrical, Chemical, Industrial, Mechanical and many more) 2- Law 3- Medical 4- Science 5- Library & Information Studies 6- Social Sciences & Humanities 7- Health 8- Public Affairs 9- Fine Arts MS course is available in most of the developed country like : Australia, USA, Canada, UK but M.Sc course is only available in our country and M.Sc is a master degree course which means Master of Science. This is a two years course and minimum eligibility criteria is to have minimum 45% in Graduate course. If you are planning to go abroad for higher studies then you should choose MS course but to continue higher studies in India you should choose M.sc only. |
