Syllabus for the entrance exam of each of the university is almost same. You can get the information regarding syllabus on their websites.

All India test for M.Sc. Biotechnology.
JNU- general biotech and agriculture/plant biotechnology
Forms are available in February.
ICAR for agriculture/plant biotechnology.
forms are available in March.
IIT-JAM for Biotechnology
forms are available in December.

Many colleges conduct their own entrance test for biotechnology. Try searching in google.

entrance exams varies from universities to universities and from institutes to institutes,however syllabus of all are more or less same,which is based on which you have studied in your bachelor degree.

there is some exam based on the national wide where as there is some entrance exam conducted by the university.and it is better to do further study from the iit as well as nit.
