M.A means (Master of Arts). M.A in English is a course based on English language. The duration of the course is 2 years and the course is divided into four semester. There are lot of colleges in India which offers this M.A in English course.

Must have cleared three year bachelor degree course in English subject as main subject from recognized university and the candidate must score minimum 50% percentage of marks in graduation course.

The Admission for this course is based on the bachelor degree course and few reputed colleges in India which conducts entrance examination within the college.
