are the Public Sector Undertakings.

These are government organisation which do not come for campus placements.
Have you seen any case in which any government of India department taking students from college. NO!
You have to appear for a particular exam to get int an of the government owned organisation.
Similar is the case with such PSU's.

The exam through which all these recruit is the prestigious GATE exam. It is the Graduate Aptitude Test in Engineering. All the major engineering branch's exam is taken through GATE for recruitment in PSU's and admission in M.tech for the NIT's and IIT's.

So, if you are thinking of getting into PSU's like the one you have mentioned, you would be required to clear GATE with at least more 98% percentile.
