HELLO SIR I AM MAHENDRA RANDIVE, B.TECH. ENTC,THIS YEAR(2010-11) FROM GCOE AMRAVATI WITH 79% OPEN CATEGORY.
I AM SUFFERING FROM DIABETES AND HAVE TO TAKE INJECTIONS FOR THAT EVERYDAY.

1) CAN I APPLY FOR MNC COMPANIES LIKE BHEL,SAIL?

2) CAN I GO TOWARDS MPSC/UPSC?

OR ANY OTHER CARRIER

PLEASE GIVE ME YOUR SUGGESTION REGRDING MY FUTURE SO THAT I WILL START TO PREPARE FOR THAT. ALSO MAKE SURE THAT MY EDUCATION WILL NOT GO IN VEIN.

See, no doubt government organisations have a medical test before finalizing their candidates.
But you need to keep one thing in mind is that, in case of a medical condition, if the dosage that you're taking is prescribed to you from a doctor then there should not be any major issue with it.

Diabetes is a common problem around the globe and if prescript medicine and medication is being taken by you, then you should not worry about rest of the things.

Also, you need to choose the path as soon as possible because both the options that you have given need at least an years preparation and hence you should be thoroughly cleared in your kind that in which field you want to head your career to.

Rest of the things, like i said shouldn't concern you much.
