Wow ...
its very amazing to here..that you have passion against the job of Professor.. its an amazing field to have a fast career growth.. well coming to answer for your question it will purely depend on the reputation of the college in which you are planning to join if the college is super good then it will be 15K per month..(As starter) you will have quarterly increase in your pay if the college is average they will pay you 12k per month(As fresh candidate) here also same you will have good pay hikes if the college is below average you may get 6-8K per month (As beginner) here pay hikes will be low only when compared to above two apart from Pay packages the main and important thing is you will have the following benifits -> Bindaas life -> Free transport -> You can enjoy weekends -> You can gain Knowledge as the library facility is provided by every college -> You will have time to think about your future.. -> You will highly mingled with students you will also be energetic as them which will not make you miss your college days Make a good College selection. ~aditya~ |

You wont be able to get professors post after BE, you should have atleast Phd degree if you want to teach at a good institute.

Re: Pay scale of Professors after BE(CSE)?
Hello friend,
This is not possible for you to become professor after completion of B.Tech or B.E. You can become lecturer first then after 5-8 year when you get some experience then you are awarded as asst.professor. If you want to become direct professor then you must have master degree as well as you must have to qualify NET exam. The pay scale for lecturer is around 15-18 thousands. For professor it will be 25-30 thousands. |

Re: Pay scale of Professors after BE(CSE)?
YOU have a UG degree in B.E(CSE).As you are a freasher you can get a maximum of about 15000-20000RS/PER MONTH.In any of the institution.
Since you have done UG in BE(CSE) by working as a professor your earning 15000-20000/per month is very less. Better you work as an employee in any of the IT company or if you are interested only in working as professor than you do M-TECH. |
