Dell company required to the following criteria:
QUALIFICATION:-
-->>BE/BTech students with 65% or below only(without any pending arrear).
-->>BE/BTech(micro biology,bio technology,bio medical) with any percentage can apply.
-->>MBA students no percentage criteria).
-->>no percentage criteria for arts and science student.
-->>graduates in any disciplane with good communication skills.

To get Placed in Dell, you have to complete your graduate degree course and should have a consistent academic performance of 60% marks in your Graduation. You have to complete your Graduation/Post graduation in any one of the Discipline :

~~ BE/B.Tech
~~ Computer science engineering
~~ Information science engineering
~~ Information Technology engineering
~~ MCA

For the post of Customer Care Associate, any Graduate/Post Graduate candidates irrespective of their Stream/Specialization can apply for this job in Dell.

Good communication skills

Should be aware of basic hardware and troubleshooting.

Should be flexible working in rotational shifts.

Preferably should have hands on exp related to hardware troubleshooting or
ISP or any technical process.

Troubleshooting customer queries regarding Laptops and Desktops.

Purely into Hardware Troubleshooting for US customers.

Completely inbound, Upselling part of profile.

Provide First – level Technical Support on basic operational or maintenance of
personal computers and /or peripherals using available tools.

Escalate problems when unable to resolve customer issues.

Log and sufficiently document all contacts with customers in designated tools.

Identify and provide input on unique or recurring customer problems.

i am having 6.4 cgpa. am i eligible for dell? i am having more than 75 in 10th and 12th. i am just scared about ma future.
