There is no such percentage criteria required in 10th standard to be eligible for becoming IPS Officer.

IPS Officers are recruited through Civil Services Exam conducted by UPSC every year.

To be eligible for Civil Services Exam, candidate must have completed graduation in any field (like B.Tech, B.E., B.Sc., B.A., B.Com, etc.).

As you are currently studying in 10th standard, so firstly you have to pass 10th standard, then 12th standard (in any stream) and then graduation to be eligible for appearing in Civil Services Exam.

IPS refers to Indian Police Service and to be an IPS officer, you are required to qualify the Civil Services examination held by UPSC once every year.

Further, the minimum education required for appearing in the Civil Services examination is a bachelor's degree in any discipline from a recognized university. There is no requirement of a particular subject or minimum aggregate at any level of academics.

So, you are not required to be worried about the minimum percentage of marks which you need to secure in your Class 10th or Class 12th or graduation to be eligible appearing in the Civil Services examination and so to become an IPS officer.

For more details regarding the Civil Services examination, you can refer to the link www.upsc.gov.in.
