Eligibility for MPSC (Maharashtra Public Service Commission) 2017 examination

Nationality: Candidate must be citizen of India

Age Criteria : Candidate age must be minimum 21 years and 33 maximum age. There is a relaxation of age for reserved category that is 3 years for OBCand 5 years for SC/ST category

Educational Qualification: Candidate those who have completed their graduation or about to complete his/her graduation in any field from recognized university can apply for MPSC examination.

So yes you can apply for MPSC examination next year.

As you are of Polytechnic candidate you are not eligible to appear for the MPSC examination as only the graduates from any stream are eligible to appear for MPSC,you need to complete your graduation first and then apply for the MPSC examination

MPSC conducts the recruitment for various posts in the Maharashtra state candidates and some of various recruitment's are Lecturer,Director,Assistants,Administrative officer,sales tax officer,Police inspectors,etc.

In order to appear for these various vacancies of MPSC examination there are certain eligibility criteria available such as

• Should belong to the Citizen of India only
• Should have attained 19 years and not exceed 33 years of age limit
• Should have to possess graduation from any discipline recognized by government of India

These are the various eligibility criteria required to appear for the MPSC examination and as you are of polytechnic student you need to complete your graduation and then apply for MPSC examination
