Dear Sir/Madam, I'm completed my Graduation. I interested in MPSC Exam so please guide me about MPSC Pre Exam syllabus and also exam date. And how to do application for this exam. I hope you revert back as soon as possible.

MPSC(Maharashtra Public Service Commission), MPSC exam conducted by the Maharashtra state governme Eligibility criteria:- The candidate should be complete graduation or any equivalent bachelor's degree from a recognised university. Candidate must be an Indian origin. Final year graduation persuing students are also eligible. Percentage is not a matter to apply this exam. Age criteria:- The age limits are 21 years to 30years, 3 years age relaxation for OBC category candidates, 5 years age relaxation for SC/ST category candidates. Selection process:- Preliminary exam, Mains exam, Personal interview. The syllabus of MPSC exam: 1) English (100 Marks) – Descriptive type questions 2) Marathi (100 Marks) – Descriptive type questions 3) General Studies Paper I (150 Marks) – Objective type questions (MCQs) – 2 hours 4) General Studies Paper II (150 Marks) – Objective type questions (MCQs) - 2 hours 5) General Studies Paper III (150 Marks) – Objective type questions (MCQs) - 2 hours 6) General Studies Paper IV (150 Marks) – Objective type questions (MCQs) - 2 hours Negative Marking for GS papers – For 2 wrong answers 1 mark will be cut.) 34. Urdu (Literature) Optional subjects: **Agriculture **Agricultural Engineering **Animal Husbandry and Veterinary Science **Botany **Chemistry **Civil Engineering **Commerce & Accountancy **Computer Science **Economics **Electrical Engineering **Electronics Engineering **Geography **Geology **History **Home Science **Horticulture **Law **Management **Mathematics **Mechanical Engineering **Medical Sciences **Philosophy **Physics **Political Science and International Relations **Psychology **Public Administration **Sociology **Statistics **Zoology **Marathi (Literature) **Hindi (Literature) **English (Literature ) **Sanskrit (Literature) All the best.......... |

MPSC - Maharastra Public Service Commission Educational Qualification: A candidate in final year of degree course can apply and appear for the Preliminary Examination. However he should submit the proof of his degree qualification while applying for the Main Examination,if selected in Prelims. Age To appear for this examination a candidate must have completed minimum 19 years of age (on or before1st April of the year in which candidate is going to appear for examination). The maximum age limit for open category candidates is 33 years. The age limit is relaxed by five years in case of candidates from reserved category. For handicapped candidates the maximum age limit is 45 years. Syllabus 1) English (100 Marks) 2) Marathi (100 Marks) 3) General Studies Paper I (150 Marks) 4) General Studies Paper II (150 Marks) 5) General Studies Paper III (150 Marks) 6) General Studies Paper IV (150 Marks) |

MPSC stands for Maharashtra Public Service Commission. MPSC exam conducted by the Maharashtra State government. Eligibility criteria:- The applicant must have to complete a bachelor's degree in any stream from a recognised university. Final year graduation appearing candidates are eligible. Applicant must be a citizen of India. Percentage is not important to appear this examination. Age limits and relaxation details:- The age limits are 21 years to 33 years, 3 years relaxation for OBC candidates, 5 years relaxation for SC/ST candidates. Selection process:- Preliminary exam, Mains exam, Personal interview.
