Ihave completed BBM,MBA, is there any possibility for me to join B.ed(english or any other subjects)in it.pls reply to me as earlier as possible.

Okay, so you want to become teacher. Which is why you want to pursue Bachelor of Education. But my friend you have completed Master of Business Administration, what is the point of B.Ed after post graduation?

You can get far better jobs with MBA degree then B.Ed. The teaching job is not going to pay you as good salary as some management related job. Therefore I will recommend you to stop thinking about becoming teacher.

If you are interested in government teaching job then I should tell you that several state governments pay very small salary to the teachers. While to get central teacher job, you have to clear CTET exam which is quite difficult. More than 90 percent candidates fail to clear this exam.

If you are so interested in teaching profession then I would suggest you to become college lecturer. There are government opportunities in this field as well. You can appear for National Eligibility Test since you have completed post graduation. Your subject for NET exam would be management.

If cleared you will become college lecturer. I think this is far better option then pursuing Bachelor of Education and then applying for school teacher job.


NET Eligibility

1. You should be of Indian origin.

2. A post graduation degree in any discipline.

3. Minimum of 55 percent marks in post graduation.

4. SC/ST candidates need 50 percent marks.

5. Final year students can also apply for NET.

6. Since you have completed MBA, your NET subject would be Management.

7. There is no limit on number of attempts.

8. The age limit for JRF is 28 years.

9. There is 3 years relaxation for OBC and 5 years for SC/ST.

10. There is no upper age limit for College Lectureship.

Eligibility for B.Ed course are as under:

1. Candidate should have undergone 10+2+3 (15) or 11+1+3(15) pattern of study and passed the X and XII examinations from reputed institute.
2. Candidates not qualified in XII examination or PUC but possessing Two Years Bachelor Preparatory Programme Certificate/Two Years Foundation Course Certificate/Two year foundation Course conducted by State Government/recognized Universities and qualified with three years UG degree course.

BBM and MBA is a professional degree and you can have much better job opportunities than BEd. But still if you want you are eligible for it.

You can join BEd in any subject you are interested in. But economics will suit you and you can do well in it too.
