Out of the three you mentioned only MBA is a degree course. MBA is a general degree that prepares students for managerial positions. MBA students study Finance, accounts, management, marketing. Since you are already in the direction of management pursuing MBA is definitely a fair choice.

CS stands for Company Secretaryship. It is a professional course and is managed by ICSI or Institute of Company Secretaries of India. It is a very reputed course and passing which you are eligible for the post in Companies with minimum capital of Rs 50 Lakh which again implies its value.
You can also specialize in the areas of Tax Laws, Economics, Labor laws and company laws.

ICWA is Cost and Work Accountancy and is another valuable course and is managed by Institute of Cost and Work Accountants of India.
You can specialize in Statistics, Tax laws, Tax planning, Auditing.
Do you have any question? or have anything to say?
