Is it possible to become a Charted Accounted after doing 12th with Accounts, Commerce, business Maths and Computer Science subjects 10 years back?

I Completed My Plus 2, 10 years back with Subjects Accounts, Commerce, Business Maths & Computer Science. After that I left my Studies. I was thinking of starting studies and was thinking of becoming Chartered Accountant. So I would like to know it is possible for my kind of situation.
