A candidate can apply for the Master in Arts course after the completion of their graduation. A entrance examination will be conducted by some of the colleges for the selection of candidates for the M.A course.

this is right that you can do the graduation after the bio tech.

every one can do the MA if he has completed the graduation degree in any recognized college or the university.

you have to get above 50% marks in you graduation for doing the MA.

the master degree is of 2 years and you can be the master in the subject in which you want to do MA.

As you have completed your graduation in Bio-Tech then going for M.A. is not at all a good decision.
There are several other ways you can go for.
But you should do your Masters in your subject.
So that you will be able to get advantage in future.
