Hi frend,
The basic colification to join 11th with comerce is 10th passout. But due to increare in comptition the cutoffs in collages of big city is quite high. But you can get admission with comerce in colages situated in remote aereas. You may also get admited in new colages in your city becose generaly there cutoffs are low.
