Is it possible to shift to electronics in dual? I got 271 in BITSAT


i got 271 in bitsat 2012
mostly i will dual in hyd & goa.....i also have option of joining in bms,bangalore
ece branch...which of the two is better?
is it possible to shift 2 electronics in dual...
is it safe?is it hard to shift to be (4yrs) after joining dual degree?
