Is it possible to take admission in UPTU after passing Mechanical Engineering from RTU Kota?


I am in 1st sem in mechanical engineering frm r.t.u. kota. i want admission in u.p.t.u. in 2nd year in 2012-2015. is it possible?? pls help me out i am also a resident of U.P.
