How to take admission in UPTU 2nd year while in 1st sem in Mechanical engineering in RTU Kota?


I am in 1st sem in mechanical engineering frm r.t.u. kota. i want admission in u.p.t.u. in 2nd year in 2012-2015. is it possible?? pls help me out i am also a resident of U.P.
