The application form along with the prospectus can be obtained by post or in person from the Armed Force Medical College. The application forms are not available at post offices or any banks.

You may purchase the prospectus by sending an self addressed envelope attached with a demand draft of Rs.500, drawn in favor of Commandant AFMC, Pune, to:
