The application form for the entrance exam conducted by Armed Forces Medical College can be obtained either from the College itself or by post.
To obtain the application form by post, you will have to send a self addressed envelope attached with a demand draft of Rs.500, drawn in favor of Commandant AFMC-Pune to the following address:
