i know that you are a good student and you have some good desire to do in your life in the field of veterinary science. that is a very good idea that you want to undergo pg course in surgery. so, try hard to appear the icar jrf exam. that use to held in the month of april- may every year. but try to select an institute where pet clinical cases are more in number in the clinics such as ivri ,tanuvas vet college, banglore, bidar vet college , etc.... all the best!!
