Switching from one college to another under the same university is possible under certain criterias which varies from institution to institution. If a student has a valid reason and fulfills the required criteria of transfer then switch from one college to another is possible.

Yes Dear it is possible in the same university colleges, it is having some Restriction are there, As of my knowledge Mutual Transfer is one of way to change the college after 1st sem, for further details contact your University website or college brochure.
