How to preare for AIPMT??

If I wont succeed in the preliminary exam of cbsepmt then what will happen?

you can prepare by many method.
1- you join test series and correspondence course from any private coaching.
2- you can take help from internet and take online test,collect online study material.
3- see previous papers and syllabus than tray to solve.
