AFCAT is the Air force common admission test conducted for the selection of candidates in various branches of Indian Air force such as TECHNICAL BRANCH FLYING BRANCH GROUND DUTY BRANCH Candidates who are selected in the AFCAT will be called for the SSB and those who cleared the SSB examination will be recruited in the various branches of Indian Air force. The AFCAT Question Paper will have 100 questions. All questions will be of three marks each. For every correct answer the candidate will get three marks and for every wrong answer one mark will be deducted. The duration of the examination is two hours. The AFCAT paper is based on the following topics (a) General Awareness (b) Verbal Ability in English (c) Numerical Ability (d) Reasoning and Military Aptitude Test I have attached the sample paper with this forum. The courses for which you are applying are: -Flying Branch -Technical Branch -Ground Duty Branches The date of Air Force Common Admission Test (AFCAT): 27 March 2011. In the attachment section you will some patterns of AFCAT.... but it is advisable to follow other competitive exam books like Bank exams, LIC exams, MBA entrance exams.... |

Air Force Common Admission Test. AFCAT is an Entrance test conducted for Selection of candidates in defence sector various branch of Indian Air force(Flying, ground, Technical). AFCAT exam conduct once time in a year . If you have completed BE/B.Tech degree then you are applicable for flying branch exam.Your 12th standard subject must be physics and Mathematics .Your age should be in between 19 to 23 years old . If you have completed BE/B.Tech in Aeronautical engineering so you are applicable for Technical Branch exam.Your age should be in between 18 to 28 years old .
