Can anyone please answer my below question, i would really appreciate your help.
My name is Deepak, I was a student of ICRI Mumbai campus from 2009-2011 batch pursued course Masters of Science in Clinical Research Management (Prist University).
On my degree, it is clearly written "Under Section 3 of UGC Act 1956" on the top. Now i am applying for further studies overseas. Hence, this would a big question for me as they only recognize the AICTE approved universities.
Can you please tell me what would happen in my case, would i be considered as a UGC or AICTE approved student (Overseas even dont know what is UCG, they only know AICTE). As per my knowledge the PRIST university got the AICTE approval after 2012 and i passed in 2011.

Please answer my question.
