Hi

BITS is one of the top most colleges in the world and so BITS Dubai would not be a bad option at all.
You have to visit Dubai for that and then pay the fees and take up the admission procedure for that.

SRM University in India is another nice option as it is counted as the top Private Engineering College. It would give you admission to your on the basis of the SRMEEE i.e the entrance exam of its own.

If you have not applied for the same then you have to pay a HUGE sum for the capitation fees and donation towards the University.
Still I would say it would give guaranteed placements and for that only the reputation of the college is so much.

So you can go with either of the two options.
