I have got 4038 rank in Gate 2011 from Electronics and Communication.
i have got 97% in the exams.
Plz tell me the procedure to take the admisssion when will the counselling start.
what are the best clgs that i can take admission other than iits

please tell me when will the counselling start for mechanical engineering.

Sir, i am mahadev. i have got 47/100 in EC branch in Gate 2011. My AIR is 2972 and score is 562. Is it good enough to get admission into IITs? or in which NITs i can get admission with this rank?

i got 32.67 marks in gate 2011. in which colleges i can get admission????

every one,let me make one thing clear for all of you that there is no counselling for m.tech admission.
the colleges bring out the notification for the m.tech admission separately and then you have to apply for them separately,
and after you apply ,based on your rank they call you for the interview and after your performance in the interview they either select you or reject you,
its the process for all the colleges and there is no counselling,
so you have to keep an track of all the papers and websites of colleges in which you want to take admission for the notification of the m.tech admission

yyou will not get any govt. college after this very low rank.keep trying for gate 2012.wish u very all the best

i suggest u....try in private colleges....
