i wrote ICET-and secured 60,038 rank, i didn't attend the counseling up to now. now i am interested to do MBA let me know the details of process?

As per my knowledge your score will not carry forward for another year.So you have to sit for the exam again.Basically to pursue MBA you should be a graduate with minimum of 50% marks from any decipline from a recognised college,and you will have to clear 3 phases of the admission procedure which are firstly Written Examination , General Group Discussions,and Personal Interview.As for the prospectus or admission form can be collected from the university personally or by post in which ever college you want to pursue.List of colleges which offers MBA distance course in India are:-
