ICET is an entrance test for admission in the private colleges of India in the course of MBA and MCA. The examination is very popular between students as it is a single doorstep to lots of colleges. MBA is the study of Business administration and MCA is the study in the field of computer application.

Qualification for appearing in this exam:

Students are required to be a graduate in the time of admission from any stream.  However, students who are still in their final year but will get their passing certificate in time of graduation are eligible for the examination.

Scoring and Negative Marking:

All questions in the paper are of same value of marks but there are no negative marking in the paper. Paper contains only objective type questions.

Mode of Exam:

Questions are of objective type and students are needed to answer these questions in an OMR sheet.

Format:

Paper is of objective questions. Questions are of equal marks, questions are asked in 2 different groups as Problem Solving and Data Sufficiency.

Paper Pattern:

Paper of Analytical Ability consists of 75 questions in it and these questions are of equal marks. These questions are divided into 2 groups; Data Sufficiency and Problem Solving. There is no provision of negative marking in the paper.

Marking:

Paper contains questions of equal marks and students will get a chance to score a maximum of 75 marks in it. Questions don’t contain negative marking in it and students are advised to attempt all the questions.

Schedule:

Paper is needed to be finished in 75 minutes.
