Procedure to apply for lecturer in government college after completing B.Tech in CSE?


whats d procedure for applying for lecturer in Govt college..I have completed my B.tech in CSE + I m gate qualified + doing M.tech ?..Do I need to qualify NET also for this...?And from where I can have all dis related information regarding vacancies also?

Am I eligible to join as a lecturer in any private/government engineering colleges after completing B.Tech in CSE and having 2yrs of job experience in IT industry?

I have completed B.E., in computer science dept I
and i want to get job in govt polytechnic college in chennai.
what is the procedure to do so? and is there any vaccancies in the polytechnics in chennai?
