Procedure of doing Law after B.Com?
currently am doing my 2nd bcom cs corporate secrectryship.. i want to do law.. n i would like to know the procedure of doing law after my bcom.. i would like to know the best possible choices...

Bar council of india sponsored the LLB course of 5 year duration and the minimum qualification is 10+2. you had not getting the advantage of your b.com degree as both B.com and LLb are the two different fields.Its better to do some diploma courses in several disciples of law including corporate law,Administrative law etc.

LLB is good course after b com. and you can do PG in Law after your B,Com. Procedure is simple go to the Law College of your choice, take the prospectus and fill up the form. once your name is shortlisted then you can take admission. So, please dont worry any graduate is eligible for LAW graduation and the procedure is vary from state to state and university so kindly check it from particular institute from where you belong to........... |

You can do the 3 year LLB program for which the eligibility is a graduation in any stream.
Different law Universities and colleges conduct different law entrance exams NET-National Entrance Test CLAT-Common Law Admission Test Law University of Delhi take admission through a common Entrance Test for all the three Law Centres (Campus Law Centre, Law Centre-I and Law Centre-II). some top law schools are: National Law School of India University (NLSIU), BangaloreSymbiosis Society's Law College (SSLC), Pune National Law Institute University (NLIU), Bhopal Faculty of Law, University of Delhi Banaras Hindu University,Varanasi Government Law College,Mumbai Amity Law School,Delhi Dr. Ambedkar Law University, Chennai You could also pursue the Bachelor of Academic Laws (3 years), Bachelor of General Laws (BGL) (2 years), Bachelor of Business Law (BBL) (3 years) which are being conducted by some of the universities, and many private colleges doesn't take any entrance test for admissions...you can join them just by getting application,filling and waiting for short-listing. |

after b.com you can do LAW by taking admission in LLB.you can do LLB after your b.com get completed.you should apply for many colleges for LAW on the merit basis they shortlicted the names of the student .if your % of marks is good in the b.com then definatly you get admission in good LLB college

you can do 3 year LL.B. course after B.Com. for that you have to give CLAT EXAM. see there is no Age bar for admission to 3 year LL.B. course. as you can do this course after your graduation, so it has not any age limit. and you know it is a professional course. all the best............. |

if you are doing b com now it is excellent because b com is having lot of scope in these days and if you want to do law after b com then try to secure high percentage like distinction because many law colleges offer seats in PG LAW for those who secure high percentage.Just go to any law college ,fill the form for law you will definitely be shortlisted for the course

Sir, As we are aware that there is no age bar or limitation of age as well as % of the marks secured in B.Com to admit LLB 03 years degree course any colleges under the jurisidiction of Magadh Univ and also Patna Univ, can you intimate me the name of those colleges under the adm. control of Patna and Magadh Univ where I can admit LLB 03 years degree course at the earliest? Good Evening Sir, I am Naba Kumar De. I have completed and passed B.Com under the Calcutta University in the year 1984. As we are aware that there is no age bar and limitation of % of marks to admit LLB 03 years LLB Course in any colleges under the Magadh Univ & also Patna Univ. Can you intimate the name of the few colleges and fees to admit this 03 years degree course alongwith webside so that it could be facilitated to contact with the authoritis concerned to process my case with regard to admission for the current academic session. I have given my B.COM exams 2010/2011 and waiting for my results but I also have an A.T.K.T of F.Y.Bcom - Maths. So I have to complete it . Sir I want to ask that as our results are still not out as on 1 july 2011 and don't know when they will be out then after they are out if by God's grace I pass B.COM then I have to clear my A.T.K.T of F.Y.BCOM i.e of Maths ..so I want to know that when will next admissions open out and when will I be able to fill the form and is it possible to directly fill the form from Mumbai University i.e from Kalina..and will I be able to also do a job and not attend the college and attend it only for exams...
