Before going in to fill any form it is important that you first read the prospectus carefully. For most of the applications you will need to keep the DD ready. Also fill in the form when the internet speed is high to avoid any problems. You must also keep your certificates along with you as you will need to enter the scores correctly. After filling in the form take a printout. Also do keep a copy of the form for future reference.
