could u please tell the procedure of training for computer science students after 3 year that is better called summer training .
and in case if we have to send the training form to ntpc local office then u please tell the address

to get summer training from any organization first you have to contact with them to know they are agree to take you as a trainee or not. if any reference in any industry then try to contact with them to get the advantage to be selected for the training. otherwise you may directly apply for the company without contacting with them.

to apply for summer training you have to issue one training letter from your institution. contact with the training and placement department for more information on this. for few organization there are specified application format to apply for the training. in that case you have to collect the application form from internet or from friend and you have to apply as directed in the form.


you may send the application form by post or hand to hand with all require document. if you are selected for the training then they will contact with you and you have to go for the training on the specified date. some private institution provide training to the engineering student with some money directly. you may go for this type of institution for training.

there are few step to get or to apply for summer training.
1- you will have to take training letter from your college.
2- find out employ working in copmany in which you wish to apply gor giving reference.
3- you will have to send by spped post you training letter and cover letter with your resume. and you may also e-mail.

if you are selected than they will call you to join training.

For that you can apply directly to NTPC website or either through the placement cell of you college.

To apply for summer training, you first need to get a No objection Certificate(NOC) from your college.
You can obtain that from the T & P cell of your college.
Then you need to send your resume along with your NOC to the HR department of the company where you want to apply.
When you receive the acknowledgement letter from the company, then you need to get it signed from the institutions head and get the college seal on it.
Then you have to send the letter back to the company for verification.


As you belongs to the computer sc. branch so you can apply in IBM, WIPRO, TCS, CTS Mahindra Tech,HP.HCL,Microsoft and many MNC's.

These companies offers short duration summer training in several courses such as Linux system administration, LOTUS, open source,AIX, DB2, JAVA SERVER PAGE, DATABASE ADMIN, EMBEDDED OS


The duration ranges from 1 month to 6 months.
Most universities give a training period of 6 months, however few restrict them to only 1 month or 2.

The cost of training at these places is about four to five thousands only.

So apply for the training at your favourite place soon.

Just follow these steps.
1. You have to take training letter from your college.
2. You have to provide a reference.
3- you will have to send the training letter and cover letter with your resume.

Contact training & placement officer of your college regarding Summer Training and through your college you may contact to the personnel department OR HR department of NTPC or another industries / companies.
