I guess you are civil engineer.
If you have any good source or people who is working in DLF then it would be a advantage for you.

Generally private companies don't give summer training to b.tech people if you apply on your own. Even if they have any vacancy for summer training, they give it the candidates from IIT and NIT as they think they will be able to add more value to company compare to other candidates. ( their perception)

It would be better if you push your CV though any good contact you have in the company. HR would give priority to them as they are the employee of the company
