NEET stands for 'National Eligibility cum Entrance Test'. You must be minimum 17 years old as on 31st December of the year of exam. So as per your given 'date of birth', you are eligible to apply NEET 2017. Maximum age limit for NEET is 25 years. A five years age relaxation is given to candidates from reserved category.
Also you must have to qualified 12th standard without any backlog to appear in NEET exam.

You should have passed 12th standard examination with Physics, Chemistry and Biology/ Bio-Technology subjects with minimum aggregate of 50% marks and also you should have passed English in your 12th standard examinations from a Government recognised Board to be eligible to appear in NEET 2017 examination.

Eligibility Criteria: You have to score 50% in physics, chemistry and biology taken together. In addition to that it is important pass individually in physics, chemistry and biology. SC/ST needs to get 45% of marks in aggregate.

Age Criteria: The lower age limit for everyone is 17 years. The upper age limit for unreserved category are 25 years and for reserved category is 30 years.

Exam Pattern:-

Total Number of Questions: 180 questions
Total Time Limit: 3 hours
Negative Marking: 1/4th marks

Questions will come from:-

Physics-45 questions
Biology-45 questions
Chemistry-45 questions
Zoology-45 questions

Those candidates who have completed 12th standard from a recognized board with Physics, Chemistry and Biology subject are eligible for NEET exam 2017. At 10+2 level you need to secure minimum 50% of marks in physics, chemistry and biology taken together.

Your minimum age should be 17 years.

NEET stands for National Eligibility cum Entrance Test and it is a common medical entrance examination ( which has replaced AIPMT and State PMT ) held under CBSE for admission in government college for the undergraduate medical courses i.e; MBBS/BDS.

* The minimum qualifications you must have to appear in the same examination are as here under :-

--> You must have citizenship of India with your age lying within 17 years to 25 years till the 31st December of that year in which you will appear in the same examination. Further relaxation of 5 years is applicable for reserved category candidates.

You are not eligible to apply for NEET as you will not complete 17 years in 2017. One should have age between 17 to 25 years on 31st December of the examination year.
