Marks required in 12th board exam for NEET 2017?


I have scored 57% marks in 12 board in RBSE board, So now tell me that whether i am eligible for NEET 2017 or not?

Yes, you are eligible for NEET entrance exam 2017.

Those candidates who have completed 12th standard from a recognized board with Physics, Chemistry and Biology subject are eligible for NEET exam 2017. At 10+2 level, you need to secure minimum 50% of marks in physics, chemistry and biology taken together.

Your age should be in between 17 to 25 years.

Yes, you are eligible to appear for NEET Exam 2017.

According to eligibility criteria of this exam,
  • Candidate must have secured at least 50% marks in PCB.
  • 5% relaxation is given to general PH candidates.
  • While, 10% relaxation is given to SC/ST/OBC candidates.
As you have secured 57% marks, so you can apply for NEET Exam.

However, NEET 2017 notifications are not released yet.

NEET stands for National Eligibility cum Entrance Test. It is a National level medical entrance examination conducted by CBSE for offering admissions to merit candidates under 15% All India Quota seats in MBBS/BDS courses in Government and Private Medical/ Dental colleges of India except in the States of Andhra Pradesh, Telangana and Jammu & Kashmir.

Eligibility Criteria required to appear in NEET 2017 examination is specified below :-

=> You must be an Indian.

=> You should have passed 12th standard or an equivalent examination with minimum aggregate of 50% marks in Physics, Chemistry and Biology/Bio-Technology subjects taken together and should have passed English as a subject in your 12th standard from a Government recognised Board.

=> You should be at least 17 years old as on 31st December, 2017 to be eligible to appear in NEET 2017 examination.

As per the information you have provided in your query, you have mentioned that you have secured 57% marks in your 12th standard board examinations from RBSE Board, so, if you have 50% aggregate marks of Physics, Chemistry and Biology/Bio-Technology subjects taken together in your 12th standard board examinations from RBSE Board then, you are eligible to appear in NEET 2017 examination.

Yes, you are eligible to appear for NEET examination. The examination is conducted for admission of candidates in medical courses in government and private colleges.

The eligibility to appear for examination is candidate must have passed 10+2 or pursuing with PCB as main paper. Candidate's must have minimum 50% in PCB. The age limit is 17-25 years as on 31st December of year of appearing for examination.

For NEET minimum 50% required in Physics,chemistry & maths so Please total your PCM group marks it has to be minimum 50% because you defined us your overall percentage.
There is 45% requirement for general PH candidate and 40% for SC/ST/OBC.

If total mark is 600 out of 1200, (all the subject marks 100 each, so got 50 percent aggregate). And in NEET EXAM got good score, got selected in top 15 percent scorer. Whether such a candidate can get admission in government medical college???

I am belonging from obc caste in hsc I got 50% but in pcb I got 35,43,49 is this eligible for neet marks requirement criteria

Sir , I have 73 in biology, 56 in chemistry ,51 in physics but fail in math . so can I apply for neet and MBBS counseling

If i cant get required marks in board for neet that means less than 50% can i reappear neet after changing board that means can give 12 board exam from different board and use marksheet of that board??

I have scored 37% in Physics, 37% in Chemistry and 37% in Biology in 12th. My age is 19. So can i apply for NEET ?
