Dear freind Indian Administrative Services (IAS) is a civil service conducted every year by UPSC.For IAS you need to first graduate in any discipline. As you are asking the percentage for 10th and 12th so its percentage are not required for IAS entrance exam. The first step is that you must apply for any graduation course from a recognized university.Pursue and then complete graduation with good marks.Well as IAS is a very tough exam in India so you need to workhard very much then only you can qualify IAS exam.IAS exam is conducted in 3 steps as Preliminary test,Mains test and Interview test. You will have to qualify each and every test of ias. ELIGIBLITY-You must be graduate from any UGC recognized University.Your age must be in 21-30 years of age.
