Dear freind Indian Administrative Services (IAS) is a civil service conducted every year by UPSC.For IAS you need to first graduate in any discipline. As you are asking the percentage for 10th and 12th so its percentage are not required for IAS entrance exam. The first step is that you must apply for any graduation course from a recognized university.Pursue and then complete graduation with good marks.Well as IAS is a very tough exam in India so you need to workhard very much then only you can qualify IAS exam.IAS exam is conducted in 3 steps as Preliminary test,Mains test and Interview test. You will have to qualify each and every test of ias. ELIGIBLITY-You must be graduate from any UGC recognized University.Your age must be in 21-30 years of age.

There is no need of any percentage of marks in 10th and 12th to become an IAS officer because the minimum academic qualification to become an IAS officer is Graduatio and there is also the percentage of marks is not a criteria.

To become an IAS(Indian Administrative Service) officer, one has to apply, appear and crack Civil Service Exam conducted by UPSC once every year.

The eligible candidate must be an Indian National having either appear for the final Graduation Degree exam or pass in any stream of education from a recopgnised University within the age of 21 to 30 years with upper age relaxation for reserved candidate.

The selection is through three phases:-

-CSAT - Civil Service Aptitude Test - Preliminary Exam

-Civil Service Main Exam

-Personal Interview
