No, it is not possible to transfer from Andhra University (AU) to JNTUK, if you have already joined and studying in Andhra University.

You can't transfer from one university to another University after completion of the admission process, you need to study complete course under the same university where you have secured admission.

If you are not interested to study in the university where you have secured admission then, you need to pay the fee to the university and you can take admission in another university for pursuing your higher studies.
