Requirement of degree percentage for joining IMA for candidates from Bhutan?

I am from Bhutan and I am interested in joining IMA. The criteria mentions that graduate should have minimum of 60 percentage. I have only 59 percentage. So, am I eligible or am I not? Will there be any consideration?
