UPSC stands for Union Public Service Commission. It conducts so many entrance exam at the national level.

You have not mentioned for which examination you want to know the pattern. Hope you are asking about Civil Services examination pattern.

This exam has three stages:

1. Preliminary exam

2. Main examination

3. Interview.

For almost every exam of UPSC for which bachelor's degree is required, candidate need to have just passing % of marks in bachelor's degree.
