Civil Engineers are in the true sense Nation Builders..I am myself a Civil Engineer...All the infrastructure and realty work which includes building roads,bridges,houses,buildings,ports,airports,rail way bridges,tracks..all come under civil engineering..and with the infrastructure getting a big philip in India..Its bound to grow only...the demand for good civil engineers is enormous and it will continue to grow only...

Civil engineers play a major role in Nation building. India is developing at a very high rate now. The number of constructions happening in the country is enormous. For the construction of a hut to a sky scraper the expertise of a civil engineer is needed. There are lots of opportunities for civil engineers in both public as well as private sector. In public sectors, you can join lots of organizations like Metro, railways, state transport and development departments etc. There are lots of constructions companies which hire candidates for not only their residential projects but also their large scale developments projects like L&T who are the front runners in building various high ways and super ways in association with the Government.
